In 1992, we relocated five older houses to south Corvallis, where they were renovated into ten rental units. A duplex was built on-site in 1994.

Of the six buildings, two are single family homes. The other buildings are divided into apartments of various sizes. Some of the older buildings feature wood floors, interior wood trim, built-in cabinets, and front porches.
